Was very friendly at first . Did not explain pricing and sent me away thinking he would take on my tax return . After waiting two weeks I emailed which he did not reply to. Then after calling he explained it was to difficult and was not a priority as a first time customer . He then declined me as a customer 2 days before the deadline . Extremely poor and dishonest
