BC Accountants are the worst I've encountered. I only found out last week from the ATO that, despite my payment, BC failed to lodge my business taxes three years ago. The ATO is chasing me, though BC Accountants deny responsibility and were rude when I requested a refund, even threatening to sue me when I told them I would be complaining to Fair Trading and the Tax Practitioners Board. I've since lodged a complaint with the Tax Practitioners Board and informed the ATO of BC's unprofessional conduct. I hope I don't face ATO penalties due to BC Accountants' incompetence.
