This is my honest feedback of my experience with bussiness planet. I don’t trust this service anymore, Very unreliable. Checked in ATO portal and now I know that it has been lodged. It is good to let the customers know that the tax is lodged so that they are aware. I got no information from Business planet, no text or email to advise me that tax has been lodged. I signed the form through Docusign and paid the bill and tried to call and texted several times just to be reassured that it has been lodged but I got no response. All I needed was the information that the tax has been lodged, at least just a text message would have been helpful, which was not given.
