Would not recommend this business; with deep regret, my husband and myself both sought advice from Diana for both of our businesses and moved our bookkeeping and tax across to her. We signed up for a payment plan each to cover all of our costs for the year, which was more than double what we would normally be charged for these types of services however we trusted the process after a long-winded sales pitch. Firstly we were given incorrect information discovered when we discussed this further with another accountant and our mortgage broker. Then Diana and her team completed minimal work on my accounts; I am fortunate enough to be proficient in XERO and have a background in finance, so I could see what exactly had been completed. I decided to pull the contract as I no longer trusted them to care for my company taxes. They then attempted to charge me well above the quoted contracted amount for the whole year for the few weeks that they managed my accounts and Diana attempted to charge me for things that were not completed nor relevant to my business. She even tried to charge me for BASs that I had completed before coming to her. My husband decided to stay with them until the end of the financial year to keep things neat, and he continued to pay his payment plan to cover what he was told on multiple occasions by the staff that would cover all of his tax and bookkeeping for the year. They had managed his account for roughly 9 months at this stage, as he is a new business; once he completed his tax, they then sent him an invoice for an additional $2k and told him that that was not covered in his payment plan; why a payment plan for bookkeeping and tax did not include his tax is beyond me. They refused to transfer his tax and business information to his new accountant until this was paid, which has now been settled as he felt he had no option. I do not recommend nor trust this business and believe that they prey on people with their sales tactics, make little attempt to complete any work once signed up and then charge them for anything they believe they can as long as they don't get caught.
