I called several times and eventually texted them my number as it was instructed in the afternoon dial and got 1 call back. But even after they asked me to email, the response was slow and unhelpful. Multiple follow-up calls and emails went unanswered. In the end, I had to resolve the issue myself by contacting the ATO directly. Good service for initial filing, but don't. expect any helpful customer support afterwards.
