1 star rating because when I called, I stated that I had a question regarding the tax return due to an event that occurred a few weeks prior. I therefore started to give a little context so that the person on the telephone had as much information as possible in order to best answer the question. I was interrupted in the middle of my sentence "we are accountants we can't help you" then they hung up on me. I knew for a fact that you are accountants and that is why I called you and the first thing I said was that I had a question concerning taxes. no case has been started, which is why you can't find me
