I am an existing client and recently referred two family members to Logic due to prior positive experiences. The experience following this referral has been extremely disappointing. After four weeks, we discovered that the individual tax returns had not been submitted, and no one from the firm had contacted with any updates. If you are being paid for a service, your clients should not have to follow you up. Or if they do, you should have an actual reason or explanation as to why such a delay has occurred. There was no accountability, ownership from Roshni the accountant who handled this. Do not recommend if you want timely, accurate and professional service.
