Cant fault the service whilst using. But in the terms and conditions the contract automatically renews for 12 months without notice. So be mindful of that. In my case it was from December to December. My apprentice was signed off and left in April. So i had to pay out the remainder of the contract even though i didnt have any employee. Cost was ridiculous! nearly 1k. So beware of that. Other than that they are good. Rating 2 star purely because im out of pocket $987.
