We gave all the required documents and information in July 2024, had heard nothing from them in October 2024. After an email was told a couple of weeks due to’ internal turmoil’ that our tax would be completed. January 2025 , still no tax completed! no response to emails nor phone calls after repeated attempts and messages left with reception . I then requested our documents returned and to my surprise, an envelope with one surname on the envelope contained 3 different clients private tax returns and information. Very unexpected and unethical. We still have not been able to find our 2024 original documents, haven't even bothered to call to organise a return of said documents) and was told that they would be in touch (we never heard from them and phone calls that we have made to chase this issue have not been returned. Be aware of Peak Accounting .
