Posting this so other small businesses hopefully read it and don’t make the same mistake we did. Unless you are a big million dollar company, you are bottom of the priority list and will take 2 weeks to get email replies. Paid over $1500 to have our initial business set up on Xero, to have our first meeting with Xero still not set up. Only offered ‘after hours’ meeting times which was at an additional cost, waited weeks for replies, and ended up with a $4k tax debt due to the accountant attempting to claim extra. No apology or accountability for his actions. This company changes the absolute maximum Xero fees possible, and add their own cost onto it. Found a new accountant since leaving and things have never been easier!
