Very disappointed with the service. The lady handling my tax was rude and kept taunting me as if my information was fake. She did not properly advise me on what expenses I could claim and was unhelpful throughout the process. When I told her I didn’t want to proceed and asked for my consent signature form back, she refused to return it. Ended up losing $55 for nothing. Definitely would not recommend this tax agent to anyone.I want my money back.
